Assist in the successful transition of clients from PS to ongoing support. Maintain project milestones and updates in a timely manner and perform administrative tasks as required. The Time Consultant and success of the implementation project will be measured by Client NPS Scores, Internal Process and Quality Adherence Scores, and overall Billable Utilization. The Namely Time Consultant must follow established processes, help build new processes where they do not exist, and look for opportunities to share the collective wisdom by authoring Help Community articles, leading internal training, and integrating Namely Time processes with the rest of our modules. This person will also work independently on projects that may arise requiring the implementation of additional features, add-on training, or other project services Namely clients may desire. The person will often work as part of a team to gather requirements, configure, test, and train our clients on Namely Time.
